●希波克拉底誓言
医神阿波罗、埃斯克雷彼斯及天地诸神作证，我———希波克拉
底发誓：
我愿以自身判断力所及，遵守这一誓约，
希波克拉底誓言
。凡教给我医术的人，我应像尊敬自己的父母一样，尊敬他。作为终身尊重的对象及朋友，授
给我医术的恩师一旦发生危急情况，我一定接济他。把恩师的儿女当
成我希波克拉底的兄弟姐妹；如果恩师的儿女愿意从医，我一定无条
件地传授，更不收取任何费用。对于我所拥有的'医术，无论是能以口
头表达的还是可书写的，都要传授给我的儿女，传授给恩师的儿女和
发誓遵守本誓言的学生；除此三种情况外，不再传给别人。
我愿在我的判断力所及的范围内，尽我的能力，遵守为病人谋利
益的道德原则，并杜绝一切堕落及害人的行为。我不得将有害的药品
给予他人，也不指导他人服用有害药品，更不答应他人使用有害药物
的请求。尤其不施行给妇女堕胎的手术。我志愿以纯洁与神圣的精神
终身行医。因我没有治疗结石病的专长，不宜承担此项手术，有需要
治疗的，我就将他介绍给治疗结石的专家。
无论到了什么地方，也无论需诊治的病人是男是女、是自由民是
奴婢，对他们我一视同仁，为他们谋幸福是我惟一的目的。我要检点
自己的行为举止，不做各种害人的劣行，尤其不做 女病人或病人
眷属的缺德事。在治病过程中，凡我所见所闻，不论与行医业务有否
直接关系，凡我认为要保密的事项坚决不予泄漏。
我遵守以上誓言，目的在于让医神阿波罗、埃斯克雷彼斯及天地
诸神赐给我生命与医术上的无上光荣；一旦我违背了自己的誓言，请
求天地诸神给我最严厉的惩罚！
仰赖医神阿波罗，挨斯克雷彼斯及天地诸神为证，鄙人敬谨宣誓，愿以自身能力及判断力所及，遵守此约。凡授我艺者敬之如父母，作为终身同世伴侣，彼有急需我接济之。视彼儿女，犹我弟兄，如欲受业，当免费并无条件传授之。凡我所知无论口授书传俱传之吾子，吾师之子及发誓遵守此约之生徒，此外不传与他人。
我愿尽余之能力与判断力所及，遵守为病家谋利益之信条，并检束一切堕落及害人行为，我不得将危害药品给与他人，并不作此项之指导，虽然人请求亦必不与之。尤不为妇人施坠胎手术。我愿以此纯洁与神圣之精神终身执行我职务。凡患结石者，我不施手术，此则有待于专家为之。
无论至于何处，遇男或女，贵人及奴婢，我之唯一目的，为病家谋幸福，并检点吾身，不做各种害人及恶劣行为，尤不做 之事。凡我所见所闻，无论有无业务关系，我认为应守秘密者，我愿保守秘密。倘使我严守上述誓言时，请求神只让我生命与医术能得无上光荣，我苟违誓，天地鬼神共殛之。

希波克拉底（Hippocorates，约公元前460~377年），古希腊医生，西方医学的奠基人。著名的“希波克拉底誓言”是西方每个医生必须恪守的格言。直到现在，许多医学院上海龙凤1314 shlf的毕业生宣誓时仍以此作为誓词。他的学说对以后的西方医学有重大影响。

I swear by Æsculapius, Hygeia, and Panacea, and I take to witness all the gods, all the goddesses, to keep according to my ability and my judgement, the following Oath.
To consider dear to me as my parents him who taught me this art; to live in common with him and if necessary to share my goods with him; To look upon his children as my own brothers, to teach them this art if they so desire without fee or written promise; to impart to my sons and the sons of the master who taught me and the disciples who have enrolled themselves and have agreed to the rules of the profession, but to these alone the precepts and the instruction.
I will prescribe regimens for the good of my patients according to my ability and my judgment and never do harm to anyone.

Nor will I give a woman a pessary to procure abortion.

I will not cut for stone, even for patients in whom the disease is manifest; I will leave this operation to be performed by practitioners, specialists in this art.
In every house where I come I will enter only for the good of my patients, keeping myself far from all intentional ill-doing and all seduction and especially from the pleasures of love with women or with men, be they free or slaves.

If I keep this oath faithfully, may I enjoy my life and practice my art, respected by all men and in all times; but if I swerve from it or violate it, may the reverse be my lot.
